How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

A valid DMCA takedown notice should include:

Counter-notice (how to respond if your content was removed)

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and location where it appeared before removal (full URL).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or if outside the U.S., that you will accept service of process from the claimant).
  5. A statement consenting to accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA takedown notice.

Important notes and our policy

  • AIPornTube.org hosts and displays user-uploaded videos. We process takedown notices in good faith.
  • Even though many videos on this site are AI-generated, we will promptly act on legitimate copyright claims concerning protected works.
  • We do not permit repeat infringers. Accounts that receive multiple valid takedown notices may be suspended or terminated.
  • We may disclose uploader contact details and other information to the complaining party when required by law or court order.
